Industrial Lot definition

Industrial Lot means a lot where an industrial use -
Industrial Lot means any lot situated within an industrial zone as classified by the town planning scheme and includes land predominately used for industrial purposes;
Industrial Lot means a lot where an industrial use is or may be permitted under the localCity planning scheme and is or will be the predominant use of the lot, and no residential use is a use of the lot;
