In no event shall the Trustee, the Information Agent or the Collateral Administrator be deemed to make any representation as to the content of the Issuer’s Website (other than with respect to the Information Agent, to the extent such content was prepared by the Information Agent) or with respect to compliance by the Issuer’s Website with this Indenture, Rule 17g-5 or any other law or regulation.
The Information Agent shall forward such summary to the Issuer’s Website in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 14.18(d).
