Each Information Rights Holder shall exercise the foregoing inspection rights no more than four (4) times a year.
Each Information Rights Holder shall have the right to make suggestions or inquiries to the operations of the Group Companies.
The Group Companies covenant and agree that each Information Rights Holder shall have the right, at its own expense, to reasonably inspect facilities, properties, records and books of each Group Company at any time during regular working hours on reasonable prior notice to such Group Company and the right to discuss the business, operation and conditions of a Group Company with any Group Company’s directors, officers, employees, accounts, legal counsels and investment bankers.

Without causing any interference in the operations of the Group Companies, each Information Rights Holder may, subject to it bearing all expenses and costs, engage an auditor to its satisfaction to conduct an internal audit on certain internal control matters of relevant Group Companies.
