Existing Investor definition

Existing Investor means certain funds and accounts associated with the investment manager, adviser or sub-adviser that is party to the Existing Relationship Agreement.

Existing Investor has the meaning given in the preamble.

Existing Investor means Fireside Ventures Investment Fund – I (Scheme of Fireside Ventures Investment Trust), a trust registered as an alternative investment fund with Securities and Exchange Board of India under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 and duly represented by its Investment Manager, Fireside Investment Advisory LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 having its registered office at 1st floor, Miraya Rose Varthur Hobli, Bangalore, Karnataka-560066.

• Duly executed counterparts to this Amendment from the Issuer, the Guarantor, the Calculation Agent, the Collateral Agent, each Incremental Investor and each Existing Investor.
