Informazioni Riservate significa tutte le informazioni rivelate da Red Hat o dal Cliente ("Parte Divulgatrice") all'altra parte ("Parte Destinataria") nella durata del presente Accordo, xxx xxxxx (i) contraddistinte come riservate o (ii) rivelate oralmente e descritte come riservate al momento della comunicazione e successivamente messe per iscritto, contraddistinte come riservate, ed inviate alla Parte Destinataria entro trenta (30) giorni dalla comunicazione orale.
