Informazioni Riservate significa tutte le informazioni rivelate da Red Hat o dal Cliente ("Parte Divulgatrice") all'altra parte ("Parte Destinataria") nella durata del presente Accordo, xxx xxxxx (i) contraddistinte come riservate o (ii) rivelate oralmente e descritte come riservate al momento della comunicazione e successivamente messe per iscritto, contraddistinte come riservate, ed inviate alla Parte Destinataria entro trenta (30) giorni dalla comunicazione orale.

  • Se le informazioni condivise tra le Parti riguardano le opportunità di vendita del Cliente e del Potenziale Cliente registrate come previsto dal Protocollo di Registrazione del Lead, saranno considerate Informazioni Riservate della parte divulgatrice e la Parte destinataria si asterrà dall'utilizzarle nelle offerte di servizi di marketing e di vendita concorrenti a ACO nel lead registrato per il xxxxx xxxx informazioni sono state condivise.
