Examples of Initial 2024 Notes in a sentence
The Initial 2024 Notes will be dated June 18, 2019 and the 2024 Notes will become due and payable, together with all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, on June 18, 2024 (the “2024 Note Maturity Date”).
The first Interest Payment Date for the Initial 2024 Notes will be December 18, 2019.
Any Additional 2024 Notes and the Initial 2024 Notes shall constitute a single series under the Indenture and all references to the 2024 Notes shall include the Initial 2024 Notes and any Additional 2024 Notes unless the context otherwise requires.
The Company is issuing the Initial 2024 Notes in an aggregate original principal amount of $1,000,000,000.
The first Interest Payment Date for the Initial 2024 Notes will be June 30, 2021.
The Initial 2024 Notes will be dated December 10, 2020 and the 2024 Notes will become due and payable, together with all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, on December 10, 2024 (the “2024 Note Maturity Date”).
The Company may from time to time, without the consent of the Holders of Notes, issue additional 2021 Notes (in any such case “Additional 2021 Notes”) and additional 2024 Notes (in any such case “Additional 2024 Notes”) having the same ranking and the same interest rate, maturity and other terms as the Initial 2021 Notes and Initial 2024 Notes, as the case may be.
The Initial 2024 Notes issued on the date hereof and any Additional 2024 Notes issued will be treated as a single class for all purposes under this Supplemental Indenture.
The Company may from time to time, without the consent of the Holders, issue additional 2024 Notes (in any such case, the “Additional 2024 Notes”) or additional 2028 Notes (in any such case, the “Additional 2028 Notes”) having the same terms (except for the issue date, offering price and, if applicable, the first interest payment date) as the Initial 2024 Notes or Initial 2028 Notes, as the case may be.
The Initial Reopened Notes shall also constitute Additional Notes with respect to the Initial 2024 Notes issued under the Second Supplemental Indenture.
