Initial Class E Grant has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(g)(i).
Initial Class Certificate Balance As to each Class of Certificates, the Class Certificate Balance set forth in the Preliminary Statement.
Initial Class C Note Balance means $178,840,000.
Initial Class D Note Balance means $142,370,000.
Initial Class A-2 Note Balance means $235,000,000.
Initial Class B Note Balance means $21,340,000.
Original Class B-1 Percentage The Class B-1 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.08.
Original Class B-5 Percentage The Class B-5 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.12.
Initial Class A-4 Note Balance means $125,000,000.
Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.
Original Class B-3 Percentage The Class B-3 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.10.
Original Class B-6 Percentage The Class B-6 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.13.
Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.
Class E Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class E” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Original Class B-4 Percentage The Class B-4 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.11.
Original Class B-2 Percentage The Class B-2 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.09.
Class E Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class E Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class E Notes.
Initial Class Principal Balance As set forth in the Preliminary Statement.
Class E Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Original Class B-1 Principal Balance The Class B-1 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.
Class B Investor Interest means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Investor Interest, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to Class B Certificateholders prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Class B Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Transfer Dates pursuant to subsection 4.10(b), minus (d) the amount of the Reallocated Class B Principal Collections allocated pursuant to subsection 4.12(a) on all prior Transfer Dates for which the Collateral Interest Amount has not been reduced, minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Class B Investor Interest has been reduced on all prior Transfer Dates pursuant to subsection 4.10(a) and plus (f) the aggregate amount of Excess Spread allocated and available on all prior Transfer Dates pursuant to subsection 4.11(d) for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Class B Investor Interest may not be reduced below zero.
Original Class B-2 Principal Balance The Class B-2 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.
Original Class B-3 Principal Balance The Class B-3 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.
Original Class B-2 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-3 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-2 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.17.
Original Class B-5 Principal Balance The Class B-5 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.
Original Class B-1 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-2 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-3 Principal Balance, the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance. The Original Class B-1 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.16.
