Related to Initial Dynamic Purchasing System Period

  • Dynamic Purchasing System means a completely electronic process, which has a limited duration, for making commonly used purchases, as more particularly defined and described in the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

  • Approved purchasing system means a Contractor’s purchasing system that has been reviewed and approved in accordance with Part 44 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

  • New Services Queue Closing Date means each April 30 and October 31 shall be the Queue Closing Date for the New Services Queue comprised of Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests received during the six-month period ending on such date. “New York ISO” or “NYISO” shall mean the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. or any successor thereto.

  • Micro-purchase threshold means the dollar amount at or below which a district may purchase property or services using micro-pur- chase procedures. Generally, the micro-purchase threshold for pro- curement activities administered under federal awards is not to ex- ceed the amount set by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) at 48 C.F.R. Part 2, Subpart 2.1 [see below], unless a higher threshold is requested by the district and approved by the cogni- zant agency for indirect costs.

  • Unrecovered Initial Unit Price means at any time, with respect to a Unit, the Initial Unit Price less the sum of all distributions constituting Capital Surplus theretofore made in respect of an Initial Common Unit and any distributions of cash (or the Net Agreed Value of any distributions in kind) in connection with the dissolution and liquidation of the Partnership theretofore made in respect of an Initial Common Unit, adjusted as the General Partner determines to be appropriate to give effect to any distribution, subdivision or combination of such Units.

  • Net metering period means the 12-month period following the date of final interconnection of the

  • Term SOFR Replacement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(b).

  • Day-ahead Congestion Price means the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Private Cloud System (PCS) A cloud infrastructure provisioned for exclusive use by a single organization comprising multiple consumers (e.g., business units). It may be owned, managed, and operated by the Requester, a third party, or some combination of them, and it may exist on or off premises.

  • Model 1 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that has selected a certified service provider as the seller's agent to perform all of the seller's sales and use tax functions for agreement sales and use taxes other than the seller's obligation under Section 59-12-124 to remit a tax on the seller's own purchases.

  • Model 2 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that:

  • Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.

  • Term SOFR Adjustment means a percentage equal to 0.10% per annum.

  • Variable-aperture beam-limiting device means a beam-limiting device which has capacity for stepless adjustment of the x-ray field size at a given SID.

  • Purchasing Portfolio has the meaning specified in Section 2.10;

  • Large work place means a place at which, at an average 500 or more workers are employed in connection with construction work.

  • Purchasing Card or “P-Card” means The State of West Virginia’s Purchasing Card program, administered under contract by a banking institution, processes payment for goods and services through state designated credit cards.

  • Purchasing group means any group which:

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. A STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • Commissioning Period has the meaning set forth in Attachment T.

  • Model 4 seller means a seller that is registered under the agreement and is not a model 1 seller, model 2 seller, or model 3 seller.

  • Initial Offering Period means the period commencing with the initial effective date of the Prospectus and terminating no later than the ninetieth (90th) day following such date unless extended for up to an additional 90 days at the sole discretion of the General Partner.

  • Prospective budgeting means the determination of eligibility and the amount of assistance for a calendar month based on the best estimate of income and circumstances which will exist in that calendar month.
