Initial Engine definition

Initial Engine means each of the Aircraft Engines identified in Schedules 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B to the Acquisition Transfer Agreement (including any related Parts) and any Substitute Engines that are substituted for Remaining Initial Engines, excluding (a) any such Aircraft Engine (or related Engine Interest) sold or disposed of (directly or indirectly) by way of a completed Engine Disposition and (b) any Remaining Initial Engine for which a Substitute Engine is acquired pursuant to the Acquisition Transfer Agreement.
Initial Engine means each of the Engines (or an interest therein) identified on Schedule 4 hereto that has been, or will be, acquired by WEST through its acquisition of WEST Funding on the Initial Closing Date or by WEST Funding during the Delivery Period beginning thereon, in each case pursuant to the Asset Transfer Agreement.
Initial Engine means that certain CFM International, Inc. model CFM56-7B20, also shown on the FAA records as CFM56-7B22, aircraft engine (which engine has 550 or more rated takeoff horsepower or the equivalent thereof) bearing manufacturer’s serial no. 889728.

  • Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report concerning Oil and Gas Properties of Loan Parties dated as of June 30, 2016, prepared internally by the Borrower.
