Initial Financial Projections definition

Initial Financial Projections means the consolidated forecasted balance sheet and statements of income and cash flows of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for fiscal years 2010-2015 in the most recent form provided to the Administrative Agent prior to the date hereof.
