Initial Project definition

Initial Project has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

Initial Project means: (a) the Gas Pipeline Facilities; (b) the Kensington to Xxxxxxxx NGL Extension; (c) the Xxxxxxxx to TEPPCO NGL Extension; (d) the Kensington Plant Facilities (only to the extent the processing capacity thereof does not exceed 600 MMCfd); and (e) the Xxxxxxxx Hub Facilities (only to the extent fractionation capacity does not exceed the amount needed for the output from the Kensington Plant Facilities for up to 600 MMCfd).
