Initial Hedge Agreement definition

Initial Hedge Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 16.1(a) herein.
Initial Hedge Agreement means the Hedge Agreement documenting the Initial Hedge Transactions entered into between the Issuer and the Initial Hedge Counterparty.

More Definitions of Initial Hedge Agreement

Initial Hedge Agreement means a Hedge Agreement documenting an Initial Hedge Transaction entered into between the Issuer and an Initial Hedge Counterparty on or about the Issue Date, together with the agreement entered into between the same parties on or about the Issue Date pursuant to which the Issuer delegates to the Initial Hedge Counterparty certain reporting obligations under EMIR.
