Initial Holdings LLC Agreement definition

Initial Holdings LLC Agreement means the Agreement of Limited Liability Company of Holdings, dated January 10, 2006.

  • Membership Agreement means the agreement between the Foundation and each Member regarding each such Member’s rights and obligations as a Member.
