Initial Home Loan definition

Initial Home Loan. An individual Home Loan that is conveyed to the ----------------- Issuer pursuant to this Agreement on the Closing Date, together with the rights and obligations of a holder thereof and payments thereon and proceeds therefrom received on or after the August 31, 1997 Cut-Off Date. The Initial Home Loans subject to this Agreement are identified on the Home Loan Schedule annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
