Initial Home Loan definition

Initial Home Loan. An individual Home Loan that is conveyed to the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement on the Closing Date, together with the rights and obligations of a holder thereof and payments thereon and proceeds therefrom received after the August 31, 1996 Cut-off Date, the Initial Home Loans subject to this Agreement being identified on the Home Loan Schedule annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
