Home Loan Schedule. The initial schedule of Home Loans as of the Cut-off Date set forth in Exhibit A of the Servicing Agreement, which schedule sets forth as to each Home Loan, among other things:
Home Loan Schedule. The schedule of Home Loans specifying with respect to each Home Loan, the information set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
Home Loan Schedule. The schedule of Home Loans set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, as amended or supplemented from time to time specifying, with respect to each Home Loan, the following information: (i) the Transferor's Home Loan number; (ii) the Obligor's name and the street address; (iii) the current principal balance; (iv) the original principal amount with respect to any Home Loan originated by the Transferor and the principal amount purchased by the Transferor with respect to a Home Loan acquired by the Transferor subsequent to its origination; (v) any related Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio as of the date of the origination of the related Home Loan; (vi) the paid through date; (vii) the Home Loan Interest Rate; (viii) the final maturity date under the Debt Instrument; (ix) the Monthly Payment; (x) the occupancy status of the Mortgaged Property, if any; (xi) the lien priority of the Mortgage, if any; (xii) the original term of the Debt Instrument; (xiii) the Credit Score, if applicable; and (xiv) the debt to income ratio of the related Obligor.

  • The Master Servicer shall amend or cause to be amended the Home Loan Schedule to reflect the removal of such Home Loan and the substitution of the Eligible Substitute Loans and the Master Servicer shall promptly deliver the amended Home Loan Schedule to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee.

Home Loan Schedule. As of any date, the schedule of Home Loans then subject to this Agreement. The initial schedule of Home Loans as of the Cut-off Dates therefor is attached hereto as Schedule I.
