Initial Implementation Period definition

Initial Implementation Period means the implementation period during which a Participating Company is seeking an initial finding that its Applicable Products are produced in Compliance with the Fair Labor Association Standards. This period shall be for a term of two or three years, at the discretion of the Participating Company.

Related to Initial Implementation Period

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;
