Initial Posting definition

Initial Posting means the Annual Update data and information which Tri-State posts to the Tri-State website and which Tri-State causes to be posted to the SPP website. The Initial Posting date for each year beginning in 2016 2021 shall be no later than April June 15, provided, however, that if April June 15 should fall on a weekend or a holiday recognized by the Commission, then the posting shall be due no later than the next Business Day, and the Publication Date shall correspond to the actual posting date.
Initial Posting means the initial posting of WAPA-UGP’s Annual Update to the WAPA-UGP OASIS.
Initial Posting. For Library Associate I and Library Associate II vacant positions, the first announcement that also creates a 90-day pool from which subsequent similar positions may be filled.

Examples of Initial Posting in a sentence

  • If your Actual Posting Profile changes from your Initial Posting Profile, we may increase your Charges where they increase by 10% or more, giving you at least 30 Days' notice of such amendment.

  • Paraprofessionals who were closed and bid successfully shall be locked into those positions until the next Initial Posting.

  • CREFC® Historical Liquidation Loss Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Historical Liquidation Loss Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • public sewer map means the map made available under Section 199(5) of the 1991 Act (l);

  • Public statement means a statement made in the ordinary course of business of the public body with the intent that all other members of the public body receive it.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Our Website means the website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xx or such other website as We may from time to time notify You;

  • Sustainability Report the annual non-financial disclosure report prepared in accordance with the Standard for Sustainability Reporting publicly reported by the Borrowers and published on an Internet or intranet website to which each Bank and the Administrative Agent have been granted access free of charge (or at the expense of the Borrowers).

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) Collectively: (a) the following nine data files (and any other files as may be, or have been, adopted and promulgated by CREFC® as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) from time to time): (i) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (ii) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (iii) CREFC® Property File, (iv) CREFC® Bond Level File, (v) CREFC® Financial File, (vi) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (vii) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, (viii) CREFC® Special Servicer Property File and (ix) CREFC® Schedule AL File;

  • FRBNY’s Website means the website of the FRBNY, currently at xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/markets/autorates/sofr-avg-ind or at such other page as may replace such page on the FRBNY’s website.

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • JetBrains Website means any website that is the property of JetBrains s.r.o. (“JetBrains”, “we”), including but not limited to everything hosted under the domains listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/websites/.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • CREFC® Payment Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Payment Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • NYFRB’s Website means the website of the NYFRB at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source.

  • Quarterly Report means Servicer’s report to me that includes, among other information, the results of the IRG’s Compliance Reviews for the calendar quarter covered by the report, as required by Paragraph D.1 of Exhibit E;

  • UNICEF Supply Website means UNICEF's public access webpage available at http://www.unicef.org/supply/index_procurement_policies.html, as may be updated from time to time.

  • SEDAR means the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval;

  • Quarterly reporting period means the three-month period covered by each

  • Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.

  • CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
