Initial Ships definition

Initial Ships means the initial ships whose names and particulars are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 and “Initial Ship” means any of them;

Examples of Initial Ships in a sentence

  • Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Lenders severally agree to make available to the Borrowers a loan facility in the aggregate principal amount of up to $30,301,562.51 in respect of the refinancing of the Initial Ships, provided that the foregoing amount may be increased by an amount to be agreed upon between the Lenders and the Borrowers to provide for an Advance in respect of the acquisition of an Additional Ship.

  • The Lenders have agreed to make available to the Borrowers a senior secured post-delivery term loan facility in the aggregate principal amount of up to $30,301,562.51 in respect of the refinancing of the Initial Ships, provided that the foregoing amount may be increased by an amount to be agreed upon between the Lenders and the Borrowers to provide for an Advance in respect of the acquisition of an Additional Ship.

  • A Ship shall, for the purposes of this clause 8.2, be valued in Dollars two (2) weeks prior to the Delivery Date for such Ship and thereafter on a semi-annual basis or if earlier the date upon which the Initial Ships are valued or would have been valued and thereafter all the Ships then financed by this Agreement shall be valued semi-annually or following a Default at any time determined by the Agent.

  • A Ship shall, for the purposes of this clause 8.2, be valued in Dollars two (2) weeks prior to the Delivery Date for such Ship and thereafter on a quarterly basis or if earlier the date upon which the Initial Ships are valued or would have been valued and thereafter all the Ships then financed by this Agreement shall be valued quarterly or following a Default at any time determined by the Agent.

Related to Initial Ships

  • Public vessel ’ means a vessel owned or bareboat chartered and operated by the United States, by a State or political subdivision thereof, or by a foreign nation, except when such vessel is engaged in commerce;

  • U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.

  • Ships means, together, Ship A and Ship B and, in the singular, means either of them;

  • ro-ro passenger ship means a passenger ship with ro-ro spaces or special category spaces as defined in regulation II-2/3.

  • Mortgaged Vessel means, at any relevant time, any Vessel which is at such time subject to a Mortgage and a Vessel shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, be regarded as a Mortgaged Vessel as from the date on which the Mortgage of that Vessel has been executed and registered in accordance with this Agreement until whichever shall be the earlier of (i) the payment in full of the amount required to be paid to the Agent pursuant to clause 4.3 or 4.5 following the Total Loss or sale respectively of such Vessel and (ii) the end of the Facility Period;

  • authorised development means the development and associated development described in Schedule 1 (authorised development) and any other development authorised by this Order, which is development within the meaning of section 32 of the 2008 Act;

  • Actual Shipments means volumes of Crude Petroleum that originate on the Pipeline at the Receipt Point and that are ultimately delivered at a Delivery Point. All volumes shall be measured at the Receipt Point.

  • International shipment means the transportation of hazardous waste into or out of the jurisdiction of the United States.

  • Covered vessel means a tank vessel, cargo vessel, or passenger vessel.

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);
