Injection or Disposal Well means any Class II Injection Well used for the injection of air, gas, water or other substance into any underground stratum. "Interest Owner" means a person owning an interest (working interest, royalty interest, payment out of production, or any other interest) in oil or gas, or in the proceeds thereof.

  • Injection well means a well into which fluids are injected. (See also "underground injection.")

  • Injection means the injection of carbon dioxide streams into the storage site;

  • Sewage disposal system means all interceptor sewers, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, combined sanitary and storm sewers, sewage treatment plants, and all other plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, and disposal of sewage and industrial wastes, and includes a storm water drain system under the jurisdiction and control of a governmental agency.

  • Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;

  • Oil means petroleum in any form including crude oil, fuel oil, sludge, oil refuse and refined products (other than petrochemicals which are subject to the provisions of Annex II of the present Convention) and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the substances listed in Appendix I to this Annex.
