The Partnership shall provide to each Partner any other information and reports relating to any cable television systems or other businesses owned by, and the financial condition of, Insight Kentucky Capital, the Partnership, each Subsidiary, and any other Person in which the Partnership owns, directly or indirectly, an equity interest, the Partner may reasonably request.
