Examples of School District/Public Entity in a sentence

  • The rights and the remedies of the School District/Public Entity under this Contract are not exclusive.

  • No legal liability on the part of the School District/Public Entity for any payment may arise under this Contract beyond the current fiscal year until funds are made available for performance of the Contract.
