Insolvency Code definition

Insolvency Code means the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016);
Insolvency Code means the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016;

Insolvency Code or “Insolvency Act” or “IBC” shall mean the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the rules and regulations thereunder (to the extent notified).
