Preserve and/or exercise and/or enforce its rights and/or shall procure that the same are preserved, exercised or enforced on its behalf (including by the Dutch Security Trustee) in respect of the Dutch Vehicles, including, but not limited to, promptly notifying any Insolvency Official of a Manufacturer or Dealer of any retention of title existing in respect of one or more Dutch Vehicles in favour of the Lessor.

The Client (or any Insolvency Official acting on its or his behalf) disaffirms, disclaims, repudiates or rejects, in whole or in part, or challenges the validity of the Agreement, any Confirmation, any Transaction or any obligation under the Agreement.
Insolvency Official in respect of any person, means any liquidator, receiver, administrator and/or manager or administrative receiver, judicial manager, trustee or similar officer appointed in respect of that person, whether appointed by a creditor, pursuant to any statute, by a court or other tribunal or otherwise, for the purpose of recovering, realising, distributing or disposing of any of the assets or undertaking of that person.
If the fee negotiated by the Servicer (or Back-Up Servicer) with the Insolvency Official is of a sufficient size this may reduce the amounts available to make payments in respect of the Notes.
