Installation and Use. You may install and use the Software only for the number of licenses acquired by you. In order to exercise your rights to the Software under this Agreement, you must activate your copy of the Software in the manner described during the launch sequence.
Installation and Use. Ossila grants you the right to install and use copies of the SOFTWARE on any number of computers running a validly licensed copy of the operating system for which the SOFTWARE was designed.
Installation and Use. Licensee may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the Software solely for Licensee's business and personal use.

SAP may control the number and type of licenses and the use of the Software by key codes.

(a) install and use a copy of the Software on one personal computer or other device; and
(b) install an additional copy of the Software on a second, portable device for the exclusive use of the primary user of the first copy of the Software.

You shall have the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install the Software on the hard disk of a computer or other permanent medium for data storage, installation and storage of the Software in the memory of a computer system and to implement, store and display the Software.

All your Systems / Server are MAC address defined and are only for user on those systems and as a part of installation this is recorded while issuing the license to use the application.
(b) Install additional copies of the Software on a second, portable device for the exclusive use of the primary user of the first copy of the Software, say Laptops, PDAs etc.,

Customer is also granted the right to make one (1) copy of the Software for backup or archival purposes. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has no right, power or authority to make any modifications to or unauthorized copies of the Software.
