Evaluation and Reports. 26.01 Observation of the work performance of a teacher will be conducted openly and with the full knowledge of the teacher for evaluation purposes and in accordance with the Board policy.

Therefore AXIS will invite the volunteer/trainee to a welcome- home meeting when he/she has returned to Denmark.
