INSTALLED TELEPHONE definition

INSTALLED TELEPHONE a Telephone that is in good working order and ------------------- operable, is subject to a Telephone Operating and License Agreement, is installed at the location provided for in its related Telephone Operating and License Agreement and is not co-located with any pay telephone not owned by the Company.
INSTALLED TELEPHONE a Telephone that is subject to a Telephone Operating ------------------- and License Agreement, and is installed at the location provided for in its related Telephone Operating and License Agreement, including, without limitation, those Installed Telephones Lines identified by installation location and telephone number in EXHIBIT 3.6(a)(ii)-1 (with any Telephones co-located -------------------- with any pay telephones not owned by the Company being specifically identified on said EXHIBIT 3.6(a)(ii)-1). --------------------
INSTALLED TELEPHONE means a Telephone that is in good working order and ------------------- operable, is subject to a Pay Telephone Location Agreement, and is installed at the location provided for in its related Pay Telephone Location Agreement.

Related to INSTALLED TELEPHONE

  • Installed means attached or connected such that an item requires tools for removal.

  • Telephone Toll Service is As Defined in the Act.

  • Telephone Service means calls (including voice, voicemail and conference and data calls), supplementary services (including call forwarding and call transfer) and messaging and multi-media services (including short message services, enhanced media services and multi-media services);

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • Outbound telephone call means a telephone call initiated by a telemarketer to induce the purchase of goods or services or to solicit a charitable contribution.

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Telephone means a device which is used to transmit and receive voice frequency signals.

  • Installer means an employee engaged in the fitting, fixing and installing of blinds of all types including venetian blinds, and awnings,

  • Installations means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Telecommunications Access Device means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.219a, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunication Access Device" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) means telephone service for the transmission of human speech.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • telecommunications network means transmission systems and, where applicable, switching or routing equipment and other resources, including network elements which are not active, which permit the transmission and reception of signals by wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic means;

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Install means the complete installation of any item, equipment or material.

  • Telecommunications Facility means the machine, equipment, transmission path or other electrical facilities for telecommunication.

  • public telecommunications network means the telecommunications infrastructure authorised by a Party to be used to provide public telecommunications services between defined network termination points;

  • Antenna means communications equipment that transmits or receives electromagnetic radio frequency signals used in the provision of wireless services.
