Institutional Directors definition

Institutional Directors means those directors of the Company who are not also executive officers of the Company.

Institutional Directors has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2(b).

Institutional Directors means any member of the Company's Board of Directors designated and elected pursuant to Section 5.1(a)(i) of the Stockholders' Agreement (or any successor provision).
