Instruction to us means any instruction, notice, order or other communication given to us in connection with Online Banking (for example, an order described in Section 11, 12 or 13 of this agreement);

  • Where an Electronic Instruction relates to an application for new or modification to existing products or services provided by us, you acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to process such Electronic Instruction, and the transmission of such Electronic Instruction to us does not guarantee the successful outcome of such application.
