Insurance Award definition

Insurance Award means the net cash proceeds of any payment made by any casualty insurer or self-insurance program of the Borrower or any Subsidiary for any casualty or other loss with respect to the whole or any part of the property of the Borrower or any Subsidiary after deduction for taxes, fees and reasonable expenses incurred in the realization thereof.
Insurance Award has the meaning set forth in Section 5(b)(iii) hereof. "Interest Swap and Hedging Obligation" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Series A Junior Subordinated Debentures.
Insurance Award has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a)(iii) hereof.

Related to Insurance Award

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Erroneously Awarded Compensation means, with respect to each Executive Officer in connection with an Accounting Restatement, the amount of Clawback Eligible Incentive Compensation that exceeds the amount of Incentive-based Compensation that otherwise would have been Received had it been determined based on the restated amounts, computed without regard to any taxes paid.
