Insurance Disallowances definition

Insurance Disallowances means the amount of any insurance disallowances relating to Insurance Receipts actually paid to the Honeywell Group (not disputed by Indemnitee at the time of calculating the Initial Obligation or the Aggregate Annual Obligation).

  • Insurance Contract means a contract (other than an Annuity Contract) under which the issuer agrees to pay an amount upon the occurrence of a specified contingency involving mortality, morbidity, accident, liability, or property risk.
