Insurance Subscriber means an eligible applicant participating in an insurance plan
Insurance Subscriber. The physical or legal person who, together with the Insurer, signs this contract in his own name and/or in representation of the Insurable Group and whose duty it is to carry out the obligations deriving from it, except in the event where, given their nature, they must be carried out by the Insured Person.
