Authority or Housing Authority (HA) means the Housing Authority.
Governing authority means the local legislative authority
Requesting Authority means the Authority making a request under this MoU.
Competent Authority and ‘Appellate Authority’ shall mean the following:
Purchasing Authority means the officer signing the acceptance of tender and shall include any officer who has authority to execute the relevant contract on behalf of the Purchaser.
Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.
Regulatory Authority means any federal, national, multinational, state, county, city, provincial, or local regulatory agency, department, bureau or other governmental entity with authority over the marketing, commercialization, manufacture or sale of a pharmaceutical product in the Territory, including the FDA in the United States and the EMA in the EU.
investigating authority means an authority that in terms of national legislation may investigate unlawful activities;
Issuing authority means the authorized representative of the department of the City who issued the solicitation.
Permitting authority means the Iowa department of natural resources or the director thereof.
