Each insurance company is hereby authorized and directed to make payment (i) of 100% of all such losses (if such loss exceeds the Insurance Threshold) directly to Lender alone, and (ii) of 100% of all such losses (if such loss is less than or equal to the Insurance Threshold) directly to Borrower alone, and in no case to Borrower and Lender jointly.
