Insurance Threshold definition

Insurance Threshold is the amount set forth as the Insurance Threshold in Exhibit C to the Indenture.
Insurance Threshold means the applicable one of the following:
Insurance Threshold is the amount set forth as the Insurance Threshold in Exhibit C to the Indenture. “Intercreditor Agreement” means that certain Intercreditor Agreement, dated as of the Issuance Date, among Pass Through Trustees, Liquidity Providers and Subordination Agent, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms; provided that, for purposes of any obligations of Company, no amendment, modification or supplement to, or substitution or replacement of, such Intercreditor Agreement shall be effective unless consented to by Company.

  • Each insurance company is hereby authorized and directed to make payment (i) of 100% of all such losses (if such loss exceeds the Insurance Threshold) directly to Lender alone, and (ii) of 100% of all such losses (if such loss is less than or equal to the Insurance Threshold) directly to Borrower alone, and in no case to Borrower and Lender jointly.
