Insured Party definition

Insured Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(c).
Insured Party means each Indemnified Party.

  • The Company shall make all premium payments required to maintain such policy in full force and effect; provided, however, each Additional Insured Party, if any, shall pay to the Company, in advance of the due date of such premium, its allocated share of the premium.
