Insured Person(s) definition
Insured Person(s) means one or more natural persons who were, now are, or shall hereafter be duly elected or appointed directors, trustees, officers, employees, committee members or volunteers of the Insured Organization, or, with respect to a Subsidiary operating outside the United States, their functional equivalent, regardless of title. It also means one or more natural persons who were, now are, or shall hereafter be duly elected or appointed directors, trustees, officers, employees, committee members or volunteers of any Property Manager, but only if
Insured Person(s) means all persons who were, now are, or shall be directors, trustees, officers, employees, leased employees, temporary or seasonal employees, volunteers or staff members of the Organization or any Subsidiary, including any executive board members and committee members, whether salaried or not. It shall also mean all persons who were, now are, or shall be directors, trustees, officers, employees, leased employees, temporary or seasonal employees, volunteers or staff members of any Property Manager, but only if such persons are acting within the scope of their employment with the Property Manager and on behalf of the Organization or any Subsidiary.
Insured Person(s) means the Policyholder and, where the Policy provides for family plan coverage (as indicated on the Policy Schedule), his/her Eligible Family Member.
