In case any person (including competent state authorities) imposes any fines/sanctions on the Insurer due to the fact that the Insured Persons did not agree to insurance and/or were not warned by the Insured about insurance under the Agreement, the Insured shall compensate them in the amount and manner as if the Insurer had compensated them itself.
