Insured Persons definition

Insured Persons means the person/s named in the Schedule to the Policy, who is/are Indian Resident /s and for whom the insurance is also proposed and appropriate premium paid.
Insured Persons means you and, if a resident of your household:
Insured Persons means the person(s) described in the Schedule.

Examples of Insured Persons in a sentence

  • This Policy does not cover Insured Persons over the age of 60 years, unless such a person has been continuously insured under this Policy prior to the age of 60, in which case continuous insurance up to the end of the Policy Year in which such Insured turns 100 years old is allowed under this Policy.

  • In making such determination, the parties shall take into account the relative legal and financial exposures of, and relative benefits obtained in connection with the defense and/or settlement of the Claim by the Insured Persons, the Organization and others.

  • Incase Family Floater policy, Restore Sum Insured will be available for all Insured Persons in the Policy.

Insured Persons means one or more natural persons who were, now are, or shall hereafter be duly elected or appointed directors, trustees, officers, employees, committee members or volunteers of the Insured Organization, or, with respect to a Subsidiary operating outside the United States, their functional equivalent, regardless of title. It also means one or more natural persons who were, now are, or shall hereafter be duly elected or appointed directors, trustees, officers, employees, committee members or volunteers of any Property Manager, but only if
Insured Persons means all past, present or future duly elected or appointed directors, officers, trustees, employees (including full time, part time, seasonal, temporary, leased or loaned employees), or committee members of Named Entity or any Subsidiary; volunteers acting on behalf of and at the specific direction of the Named Entity or any Subsidiary; or Property Manager Employees.
