Insured Vessel definition

Insured Vessel means a Vessel which has been entered in one or more Classes of the Association.
Insured Vessel means the vessel as described on the Declarations Page under INSURED VESSEL.
Insured Vessel means a vessel which has been insured with the Club in Class III.

Examples of Insured Vessel in a sentence

  • If Emergency Towing cover is indicated on the Declarations Page then we will pay up to the amount indicated on the Declarations Page per occurrence toward the cost of towing the Insured Vessel to a repair facility, irrespective of the cause of breakdown.

  • Personal Effects while kept in the Insured Vessel are covered for any damage covered by this policy, up to the amount stated on the Declarations Page.

  • If an amount is indicated on the Declarations Page for “Uninsured Boater Coverage”, we will pay up to that amount for damages, which, because of bodily injury received aboard your Insured Vessel, you are legally entitled to recover from the Uninsured Boater.

  • A vacation is deemed to be a period of more than four consecutive nights spent aboard the Insured Vessel.

  • We will pay up to the amount indicated on the Declarations Page to rent a replacement if the Insured Vessel is damaged in an accident covered by this policy, provided acceptable receipts for the rental of a vessel similar to the Insured Vessel are presented.


More Definitions of Insured Vessel

Insured Vessel means a vessel which has been entered for insurance in this Class of the Association, whether identified or not at the time of entry.
Insured Vessel means a vessel which has been insured with the Association.
Insured Vessel means any recreational vessel shown on the Declarations Page or an endorsement including, but strictly limited to, its hull, Tender, spars, Textiles, furniture, fittings and Electronics, Internal Machinery, External Machinery and its Running Gear.
