Insured Vessel definition

Insured Vessel means a Vessel which has been entered in one or more Classes of the Association.
Insured Vessel means the vessel as described on the Declarations Page under INSURED VESSEL.
Insured Vessel means a vessel which has been insured with the Association.

Examples of Insured Vessel in a sentence

  • If Emergency Towing cover is indicated on the Declarations Page then we will pay up to the amount indicated on the Declarations Page per occurrence toward the cost of towing the Insured Vessel to the nearest repair facility, irrespective of the cause of breakdown.

  • Liability to pay damages to any other person arising out of the collision of the Insured Vessel and another vessel.

  • Cover Insurance cover taken out by the Assured in respect of the Insured Vessel in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Certificate of Insurance.

  • Liability to pay damages or compensation and/or additional expenses incurred by the Assured as a direct consequence of an outbreak of a contagious or infectious disease on the Insured Vessel during her Operation, including quarantine and disinfection expenses and the net loss to the Assured in respect of bunkers, insurance, wages, stores, provisions and port charges.

  • For the purpose of this sub-section 13, “proper value” is defined as an amount equal to the free, uncommitted market value of the Insured Vessel at the time of the incident giving rise to the general average, special charges or salvage.


More Definitions of Insured Vessel

Insured Vessel means a vessel which has been insured with the Association in Class III.
Insured Vessel means any vessel specified at Item 3 of the Schedule.
Insured Vessel means the vessel described in the Schedule, including machinery, electrical equipment, sails, masts, spars, rigging, furniture, and all other equipment normally required for the operation and maintenance of the vessel and which would normally be sold with the vessel.
Insured Vessel means the hull, machinery, spars, sails, fixtures, furniture, tender, miscellaneous watercraft and fittings, contents, and all other items used in the routine safe operation, navigation, or maintenance of the insured vessel listed on the DECLARATIONS PAGE and/or on any amendatory endorsement issued to you. Insured vessel does not include moorings, cradles, aircraft, submersible and semi-submersible watercraft, or motorized vehicles for land transportation.
Insured Vessel means a vessel which has been entered for insurance in this Class of the Association, whether identified or not at the time of entry.
Insured Vessel means a ship, boat, hovercraft or other description of vessel or structure (whether under construction or otherwise), which is named and/or is deemed to have been named in the Policy Schedule.
Insured Vessel means any recreational vessel shown on the Declarations Page or an endorsement including, but strictly limited to, its hull, Tender, spars, Textiles, furniture, fittings and Electronics, Internal Machinery, External Machinery and its Running Gear.
