Funds IV and V Intangible Property definition
Funds IV and V Intangible Property means all intangible property, if any, owned by Funds IV and V JV and related to the Funds IV and V Land and Funds IV and V Improvements, including, without limitation, the rights and interests, if any, in and to the following (to the extent assignable): (i) all assignable plans and specifications and other architectural and engineering plans for the Funds IV and V Land and Funds IV and V Improvements located thereon; (ii) all assignable warranties and guaranties given or made in respect of the Funds IV and V Improvements or Funds IV and V Personal Property; (iii) all transferable consents, authorizations, variances or waivers, licenses, permits and approvals from any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, department, board, commission, bureau or other entity or instrumentality solely in respect of the Funds IV and V Land or Funds IV and V Improvements located thereon; and (iv) all of the right, title and interest of Funds IV and V JV in and to all assignable Service Contracts with respect to the Funds IV and V Property that Purchaser agrees to assume (or is deemed to have agreed to assume).
