Intercompany Rate definition

Intercompany Rate means the weighted average rate of interest charged from time to time on the outstanding long- and short-term indebtedness of Centex and its Subsidiaries owing to banks and other outside financing sources or evidenced by promissory notes, bonds, debentures or other similar instruments, as calculated by Centex no less frequently than once each calendar week.
Intercompany Rate is the rate of GE Capital Treasury pays to the Company based upon the GE Cost of Funds Spread at the time of origination and the “3rd Party Rate” is the contractual rate paid to the applicable Contractholder.
Intercompany Rate means the rate of interest per annum as publicly announced from time to time by Texas Commerce Bank, N.A. as its prime rate in effect at its principal office in Dallas, Texas.

  • Permitted Intercompany Investments means Investments made by (a) a Loan Party to or in another Loan Party, (b) a Subsidiary that is not a Loan Party to or in another Subsidiary that is not a Loan Party and (c) a Subsidiary that is not a Loan Party to or in a Loan Party, so long as, in the case of a loan or advance made pursuant to this clause (c), the parties thereto are party to the Intercompany Subordination Agreement.

  • Intercompany Note means a promissory note substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
