Interest-bearing Indebtedness definition

Interest-bearing Indebtedness as of the last date of any Measurement Period, all Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries for borrowed money or that bears interest and that, in accordance with GAAP, would be classified as long term or short term debt on the Consolidated balance sheet of the Company.
Interest-bearing Indebtedness means Indebtedness with respect to which the Company or any of its subsidiaries is obliged to make interest payments from time to time, irrespective of whether such payments are paid, accrued or waived from time to time (including without limitation Capitalized Lease Obligations).
