Interest Rate Rating Agency definition

Interest Rate Rating Agency means each of Moody’s, S&P and any Substitute Rating Agency.
Interest Rate Rating Agency means S&P or Xxxxx’x, and together, the “Interest Rate Rating Agencies.”
