Interest Rate Spread definition

Interest Rate Spread means the amount which together with the Reference Rate makes up the Coupon Interest. The Interest Rate Spread may be positive, negative or zero.
Interest Rate Spread means seven and one-half percent (7.5%) per annum.
Interest Rate Spread means the percentage per annum set out in the Final Terms. The Interest Rate Spread may be positive, negative or zero.
