Interest Return definition

Interest Return shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 3.03(d).
Interest Return means the amounts which are credited from time to time to each participant's Deferred Fees and Retainer Account and/or Deferred Cash Account pursuant to Section 3.4(a).

  • Class X Interest The regular interest in the Class X REMIC represented by the Class X Certificates as specified and described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • REMIC I Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.
