Interest Reset Period The period beginning on the applicable Reset Date and ending on the calendar day preceding the next Reset Date.
Interest Reserve Amount With respect to each Mortgage Loan that is an Interest Reserve Loan (or the related successor REO Mortgage Loan), for any Distribution Date that occurs during February of any year or during January of any year that is not a leap year, an amount equal to one day’s interest accrued at the related Net Mortgage Rate on the related Stated Principal Balance as of the end of the Collection Period related to such Distribution Date, but prior to giving effect to the application of any amounts due on the Due Date occurring in such Collection Period, to the extent that a Monthly Payment is Received by the Trust with respect to such Interest Reserve Loan for the related Due Date in the same month as such Distribution Date on or before the related Master Servicer Remittance Date or a P&I Advance is made under this Agreement with respect to such Interest Reserve Loan by such Distribution Date. For purposes of calculating Interest Reserve Amounts, the Net Mortgage Rate for each Interest Reserve Loan shall be the Net Mortgage Rate in effect (including as a result of any step-up provision) under the original terms of such Interest Reserve Loan in effect as of the Closing Date, without regard to any modifications, extensions, waivers or amendments of such Interest Reserve Loan subsequent to the Closing Date (whether entered into by the applicable Master Servicer, the applicable Special Servicer, the Non-Trust Master Servicer or the Non-Trust Special Servicer or in connection with any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar proceeding involving the related Borrower).
Interest Reserve means, for any Calculation Period, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) 1.5 times (ii) the Alternate Base Rate as of the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date times (iii) a fraction the numerator of which is the highest Days Sales Outstanding for the most recent 12 Calculation Periods and the denominator of which is 360.
Interest Reserve Loan Each Actual/360 Mortgage Loan.
REMIC 2 Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and related REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the Uncertificated REMIC 2 Pass-Through Rate for REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.
Investment Return means the investment return payable in respect of the Bond in accordance with Clause 5 Returns.
Class X-1 Strip Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the sum of the Class LA-1-2-A Component Class X-2 Strip Rate and the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.
Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.
Interest Factor means monthly compounding, discounting or annuitizing, as applicable, at a rate set forth in Exhibit A.
Interest Reset Date means, with respect to any Interest Period with respect to the Floating Rate Notes, the first day of such Interest Period; provided that if any Interest Reset Date would otherwise be a day that is not a Business Day, that Interest Reset Date will be postponed to the next succeeding day that is a Business Day, except that if that Business Day falls in the next succeeding calendar month, such Interest Reset Date will be the immediately preceding Business Day.
Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.
Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.
Interest Remittance Amount For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, an amount equal to the sum of (1) all interest collected (other than related Payaheads, if applicable) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group during the related Collection Period, the interest portion of Payaheads previously received and intended for application in the related Collection Period and the interest portion of all Payoffs and Curtailments received on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group during the related Prepayment Period (other than interest on Principal Prepayments that occur during the portion of the Prepayment Period that is in the same calendar month as the related Distribution Date), less (x) the Servicing Fees (other than any Excess Servicing Fee) and any lender paid Primary Insurance Policy premiums with respect to such Mortgage Loans and (y) unreimbursed Advances and other amounts due to a Servicer, the Back-Up Servicer or the Trustee with respect to such Mortgage Loans, to the extent allocable to interest, (2) all Compensating Interest Payments paid by a Servicer with respect to the related Mortgage Loans with respect to such Distribution Date, (3) the portion of any Substitution Adjustment Amount and Repurchase Price paid with respect to such Mortgage Loans during the calendar month immediately preceding the Distribution Date, in each case allocable to interest and the proceeds of any purchase of the Mortgage Loans by the Terminating Entity pursuant to Section 9.01 in an amount not exceeding the interest portion of the Par Value, (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, and any Insurance Proceeds and other recoveries (net of unreimbursed Advances, Servicing Advances and expenses, to the extent allocable to interest, and unpaid Servicing Fees) collected with respect to such Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month, to the extent allocable to interest, (5) any amounts withdrawn from the Capitalized Interest Amount to pay interest on the related Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date and (6) the aggregate Excess Servicing Fee to be distributed to the Class A-IO-S Certificates.
Class X Interest The regular interest in the Class X REMIC represented by the Class X Certificates as specified and described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.
REMIC I Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.
REMIC II Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) 50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC II Remittance Rate for REMIC II Regular Interest AA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.
Class B Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.75000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).
Class E Interest Rate means 4.99% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Interest Margin or "rm" means the percentage specified as such in the table below. The Calculation Agent may adjust the Interest Margin, acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner, to reflect any disparity between the Reference Interest Rate and the Issuer's funding rate, save that the Interest Margin will not be less than the Minimum Interest Margin and will not exceed the Maximum Interest Margin;
Certificate Interest Rate With respect to each Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the applicable per annum rate set forth or described in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Carryforward Interest With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of Certificates (other than the Class X, Class P and Class R Certificates), the sum of (i) the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (A) Current Interest for such Class for the immediately preceding Distribution Date and (B) any unpaid Carryforward Interest for such Class from previous Distribution Dates exceeds (y) the amount distributed in respect of interest on such Class on such immediately preceding Distribution Date, and (ii) interest on such amount for the related Accrual Period at the applicable Certificate Interest Rate. Certificate: Any one of the certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Interest Reserve Account means that Interest Reserve Account maintained by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.1(a), which account shall be an Eligible Account.
Current Return means the minimum fair combined rate of return on common equity required for
Capitalized Interest Requirement with respect to this Supplemental Transfer Agreement shall be $________; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the amount on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account.
Class C Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
