Interim Contract Order definition

Interim Contract Order means Decision 02-08-071 of the Commission, issued on August 22, 2002, as such Decision may be amended or supplemented from time to time by the Commission.

  • Contract Owner means the holder of interests in a variable annuity or variable life insurance contract issued by the Company.

  • Letter of Intent (LOI means an intimation by a letter to Bidder that their Tender has been accepted in accordance with the provisions contained in the letter and hence to take preparatory steps and compliance of formalities to commence the work from the date desired by Owner.
