Interim Term definition

Interim Term the period from and including the Interim Term Commencement Date to but not including the Primary Term Commencement Date.
Interim Term for each Item of Equipment means the period commencing on the Acceptance Date for such Item (unless the Acceptance Date is the Basic Term Commencement Date, in which case there shall be no Interim Term for such Item) and ending on the date immediately prior to the Basic Term Commencement Date.
Interim Term means the period of time from the execution of this Lease until the beginning of the Initial Term.

Examples of Interim Term in a sentence

  • Interim Rent shall be due Lessor for each day in the Interim Term and shall equal the daily equivalent of the initial Base Rent.

More Definitions of Interim Term

Interim Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.1 of the Lease.
