Interim Term definition

Interim Term the period from and including the Interim Term Commencement Date to but not including the Primary Term Commencement Date.
Interim Term for each Item of Equipment means the period commencing on the Acceptance Date for such Item (unless the Acceptance Date is the Basic Term Commencement Date, in which case there shall be no Interim Term for such Item) and ending on the date immediately prior to the Basic Term Commencement Date.
Interim Term means the period of time from the execution of this Lease until the beginning of the Initial Term.

More Definitions of Interim Term

Interim Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.1 of the Lease.
Interim Term means the period commencing on the Delivery Date and ending on and including the day immediately preceding the Commencement Date unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof.
