The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate the Member’s compliance with the competitive procurement requirements for purchases through an Interlocal contract under Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, as authorized by Texas Education Code §44.031(a)(4); to relieve Member of the administrative burden of soliciting and obtaining prices from qualified vendors for the purchase goods and services; and to obtain potential savings for members through aggregation of demand and volume purchasing.
MEDSchool Associates ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to submit an invoice to the District on a monthly basis, prospectively, for the provision of services outlined within this Inter-local contract and its attachments.
