Architect’s Agreement definition

Architect’s Agreement means any agreement that Borrower and any Architect from time to time may execute pursuant to which Borrower engages such Architect to design any portion of the Improvements, including the preparation of the Plans and Specifications, as approved by Funding Lender.

Architect’s Agreement means, with respect to any Leased Property, the architectural services agreement, if any, between the Lessee and the related Architect.

More Definitions of Architect’s Agreement

Architect’s Agreement means the --------------------- agreement(s) between the Owner and the Architect under which the Architect has been or shall be engaged to prepare architectural designs, plans, drawings and specifications for the Project and to render other services in connection with the design and construction of the Project. The Architect's Agreement is incorporated herein by this reference.
