Intermittent watercourse definition

Intermittent watercourse means “intermittent watercourse” as defined in section 22a-38 of the General Statutes.
Intermittent watercourse means a stream or waterway that flows only at certain times of the year, flows in a direct response to rainfall, and is normally an influent stream except when the ground water table rises above the normal wet season level.
Intermittent watercourse means a type of watercourse, as the term is defined in section 22a‐38 of the Connecticut General Statutes, delineated in accordance with section 22a‐38 of the Connecticut General Statutes;
