Internal Spinoff definition

Internal Spinoff means the Contribution together with the First Internal Distribution.
Internal Spinoff and “Internal Spinoffs” have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Internal Spinoff as defined in the recitals to this Agreement.
