International Conveyance Service definition

International Conveyance Service means a telecommunication service other than an International Simple Data Resale Service or an International Simple Voice Resale Service, or both, which consists in the conveyance of any Message by means of the Applicable Systems which has been or is to be conveyed by means of any telecommunication system outside the United Kingdom which is one to which the Applicable Systems are authorised by Schedule 3 to this Licence to be connected;
International Conveyance Service means a telecommunication service consisting in the conveyance of any Message which has been or is to be conveyed by means of any telecommunication system outside the United Kingdom the connection of which to a system by means of which that service is provided is authorised by a Licence;

  • Common Reporting Standard (CRS) means the Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (“AEOFAI”) in Tax Matters and was developed in response to the G20 request and approved by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Council on 15 July 2014, calls on jurisdictions to obtain information from their financial institutions and automatically exchange that information with other jurisdictions on an annual basis. It sets out the financial account information to be exchanged, the financial institutions required to report, the different types of accounts and taxpayers covered, as well as common due diligence procedures to be followed by financial institutions.

  • International Accounting Standards means the accounting standards approved by the International Accounting Standards Board from time to time.

  • international voyage means a voyage from a country to which the present Convention applies to a port outside such country, or conversely.

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.

  • International Financial Reporting Standards or “IFRS” means the accounting standards issued or endorsed by the International Accounting Standards Board.

  • Warsaw Convention means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Warsaw, October 12, 1929, as amended, but not including the Montreal Convention as defined above.

  • Montreal Convention means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Montreal, May 28, 1999.

  • international application means an application filed under this Treaty;

  • International airport means an airport:

  • Chicago Convention means the Convention on International Civil Aviation, signed at Chicago on 7 December 1944, as amended, and its Annexes;

  • international flight means all flights other than Domestic Flights.

  • financial service means any service of a banking, credit, insurance, personal pension, investment or payment nature;

  • North American Numbering Plan or "NANP" means the basic numbering plan for the Telecommunications networks located in the United States as well as Canada, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Xxxxxxxx Islands and certain Caribbean Islands. The NANP format is a 10-digit number that consists of a 3-digit NPA code (commonly referred to as the area code) followed by a 3-digit NXX code and 4-digit line number.

  • Ambulance service means an entity, its personnel and equipment including, but not limited to, automobiles, airplanes, boats or helicopters, which are licensed to provide Emergency medical and Ambulance services in the state in which the services are rendered.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Residential services means a complete range of residences

  • commercial air transport means an aircraft operation involving the transport of passengers, cargo, or mail for remuneration or hire.

  • International Student means a student holding a student visa for the purpose of obtaining an education in Australia and includes a student on a study abroad or international exchange program;

  • Delivery Services means those services provided by the

  • international carriage means any carriage in which, according to the contract of carriage, the place of departure and the place of destination are situated in two different States, or in a single State if, according to the contract of carriage or the scheduled itinerary, there is an intermediate port of call in another State;

The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.
