Resale Service definition

Resale Service means engaging, directly or indirectly, for compensation, in any of the following
Resale Service means a tariffed service that a carrier offers to another carrier for resale.
Resale Service means: (a) a BA Resale Service; or (b) an AT&T Resale Service.

  • Both CLEC and its Customers purchasing Resale Service under this Agreement are not charged for calls to the 911 number, except as provided in any applicable tariff or pursuant to Applicable Law.

  • Ameritech shall not require a disconnect order from a Requesting Carrier Customer, or another LEC, in order to process a Requesting Carrier order for Resale Service for a Requesting Carrier Customer.

  • CBT shall not require a disconnect order from a CLEC Customer or another LEC in order to process a CLEC order for Resale Service for a CLEC Customer.

Resale Service means engaging, directly or indirectly, for compensation, in any of the following either in person or by any medium of communication: (i) selling or offering to sell or list for sale for the owner a resale time-share, (ii) buying or offering to buy a resale time-share for transfer to a subsequent purchaser, (iii) transferring a resale time-share acquired from an owner to a subsequent purchaser or offering to assist in such transfer, (iv) invalidating or offering to invalidate for an owner the title of a resale time-share, or (v) advertising or soliciting to advertise or promote the transfer or invalidation of a resale time-share. Resale service does not include an individual's selling or offering to sell his own time-share unit.
Resale Service means service to another water agency which has been legally formed to supply water and which has a permit to supply water from the California Department of Health Services, and has no other rates provided for their system, has individual meters to all services, bills on the basis of water consumption, and does not combine resale service within any other service.
