Resale Service definition

Resale Service means a tariffed service that a carrier offers to another carrier for resale.

Resale Service means engaging, directly or indirectly, for compensation, in any of the following

Resale Service means engaging, directly or indirectly, for compensation, in any of the following either in person or by any medium of communication: (i) selling or offering to sell or list for sale for the owner a resale time-share, (ii) buying or offering to buy a resale time-share for transfer to a subsequent purchaser, (iii) transferring a resale time-share acquired from an owner to a subsequent purchaser or offering to assist in such transfer, (iv) invalidating or offering to invalidate for an owner the title of a resale time-share, or (v) advertising or soliciting to advertise or promote the transfer or invalidation of a resale time-share. Resale service does not include an individual's selling or offering to sell his own time-share unit.

Examples of Resale Service in a sentence

• If AT&T OKLAHOMA maintains a record of customers who qualify under any applicable law for Telephone Relay Service, AT&T OKLAHOMA will make such data available to CLEC as it pertains to CLEC Resale service customers.

• When such AT&T OKLAHOMA customers choose to obtain Resale service from CLEC, AT&T OKLAHOMA will confirm such customers’ eligibility to participate in such AT&T OKLAHOMA programs to CLEC, in electronic format in accordance with the procedures set forth in Attachment 2: Ordering and Provisioning - Resale.

• Pursuant to Attachment 1 Resale and upon CLEC’s request through a non-vacation Suspend/Restore order, AT&T will suspend or restore the functionality of any applicable Resale service, where technically feasible and in parity with AT&T’s End Users.

More Definitions of Resale Service

Resale Service means: (a) a BA Resale Service; or (b) an AT&T Resale Service.

Resale Service means service to another water agency which has been legally formed to supply water and which has a permit to supply water from the California Department of Health Services, and has no other rates provided for their system, has individual meters to all services, bills on the basis of water consumption, and does not combine resale service within any other service.
